Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 200g isomalt
- 208g egg whites
- 100g butter (melted)
- 68g honey
Method
1. Blend flour and isomalt until very fine and evenly mixed.
2. Add the egg whites and blend to a smooth mixture.
3. Melt butter and honey together, then blend into the batter.
4. Refrigerate the mixture until set.
5. Spread a thin layer into your silicone mold.
6. Bake at 150 °C for approx. 6-7 minutes, until crispy and golden.
