Matcha Tuile Recipe – Crispy Green Matcha Tuile for Modern Desserts

Crispy Green Matcha Tuile for Modern Desserts

This matcha tuile is an elegant, crispy, and ultra-thin tuile with an intense flavour of Japanese matcha tea. Its beautiful green color and slightly bitter, aromatic taste make it perfect for modern plated desserts, petit fours, mousse cakes, and restaurant servings where both taste and presentation are paramount.

The combination of matcha, butter, and egg whites provides a light and crisp texture with a professional finish. By using silicone molds, you can create unique patterns and modern shapes that visually elevate any dessert.
