- 375 g icing sugar

- 0.5 dl whole milk

- 100 g glucose

- 100 g butter

- 125 g roasted peanuts

- 3 g cocoa

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a stand mixer or blender.

2. Mix until the mixture has a uniform and homogeneous consistency.

3. Roll the dough thinly between two silicone mats.

4. Carefully remove the top mat or freeze the dough between the two mats.

5. Bake at 180°C with half fan until the tuile is golden.
