Crispy Cocoa Tuile Recipe

Make crispy, easy cocoa tuiles in just 12 minutes. Stable dough, perfect for silicone tuile molds — few ingredients: flour, icing sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and egg whites.
Ingredients
- 45g Flour
- 50g Icing sugar
- 10g Cocoa
- 2g Salt
- 50g Egg whites
Instructions
1. Weigh all ingredients.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a blender, and blend.
3. Then add your egg whites and mix until the dough is uniform; do not blend for too long.
4. Spray your silicone mold with cooking spray or grease it with a thin layer of oil.
5. Then spread the tuile dough into your silicone mold.
6. Bake at 160 °C for approx. 7-8 minutes, until crispy.
